Full Job Description
Provider Relations / Outreach / Business Development:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with rural healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, pharmacies, behavioral health organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Conduct provider outreach through phone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and onsite visits.
Schedule and facilitate provider meetings, educational webinars, and stakeholder sessions.
Build relationships with healthcare associations and key industry contacts.
Support provider onboarding, engagement, retention, and adoption initiatives.
Identify opportunities to increase participation and utilization of NC HealthConnex services.
Provider Engagement & Training:
Lead provider engagement activities and support healthcare organizations in adopting HIE services into clinical workflows.
Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions for healthcare participants.
Develop training materials, user guides, and educational content.
Gather provider feedback and translate insights into actionable improvement strategies.
Support healthcare organizations in understanding the benefits of health information exchange.
Health IT & Interoperability Support:
Develop knowledge of CMS and ONC healthcare IT programs related to HIE services.
Assist providers with understanding state and federal healthcare programs, including:
Meaningful Use / Promoting Interoperability
Medicaid Health Home Programs
Health Information Exchange initiatives
Collaborate with technical teams to identify opportunities for improving data exchange and provider workflows.
