[Responsibilities] - Lead technical planning, system integration, and verification & validation activities for advanced RF systems. - Analyze and manage cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness across total systems. - Execute systems engineering analyses at every phase: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. - Systematically convert customer or product requirements into comprehensive hardware and software solutions. - Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition. - Translate complex requirements into actionable engineering specifications. [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience, Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year. - Demonstrated experience in RF systems, system integration, requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, and verification & validation. - Strong background in system lifecycle management: design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance. - Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).
