Full Job Description
We are looking for a strong system architect and technical leader to lead development teams within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of RF system activities for the Compass Call Program. This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days. The posting will remain active until the position is filled, or a qualified pool of candidates is identified. Required Skills and Education
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.
  • Experience leading software or systems program teams.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with Software Defined Radio Technology.
  • Experience with RF System design, development and deployment.
Preferred Skills and Education
  • Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Software architecture experience
  • Embedded software development
  • Full lifecycle development experience
  • System data analysis experience
