Opportunity:

As a CACI RF / EW Analyst you will provide SIGINT subject matter expertise for the technical forensics' analysis of commercial based technology for The Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber-defense (C5), Intelligence, Surveillance, and reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize spectrum analysis field tools (Rohde & Schwarz (PR100 / PR200)).
  • Utilize RF simulation software (SPEED, BUILDER, CloudRF).
  • Provide operational, analytical, and advisory support in the functional areas of RF data collection, RF analysis and geospatial analysis.
  • Provide analysis of RF environments relating to complex terrain and socio-cultural/ human influences.
  • Assess possibility of signature deception, interference, or fratricide with electronic warfare systems.
  • Create RF Propagation maps based on observed signals by determining source, strength and possible technology used.
  • Disseminate, record, and identify various signal sets in a given environment.
  • Recommended electronic warfare modalities.
  • Explain the impact of the presence of various signals in the environment to other teams and organizations.
  • Analyze commercial technologies to characterize RF footprint.
  • Answer RFIs regarding use of radio transceivers in commercial and government technologies.
  • Coordinate with National intelligence agencies to develop data sharing capabilities, trend analysis and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive technical red-team analysis
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to disseminate relevant threat information (to include possible hazardous duty locations).

Qualifications:

Required:

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 5 or more years tactical SIGINT or Electronic Warfare operational experience.
  • 5 or more years' experience analyzing data collected from radio sensors.
  • SIGINT Team lead experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete CRC for possible deployment to CENTCOM AOR
  • RF Propagation course (i.e., SOCO Wireless, Mode 1-5 certification preferred).
  • Good understanding of antenna construction and theory.
  • Ability to perform RF Path Loss analysis.
  • Understanding of how regulatory organizations affect signal choices for commercial technologies.
  • Must be able to travel TDY for up to 30 days at a time in order to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment and adapt to evolving requirements.

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
