T-Mobile is unable to sponsor a work visa for this position. * Job Overview The Supply Chain Operations Manager at T-Mobile is instrumental in overseeing and enhancing various facets of supply chain operations. This role involves leading reverse logistics operations at third-party logistics facilities, serving as a crucial liaison between T-Mobile and its vendors and suppliers, and independently managing strategic operational processes, issues, and escalations. The manager supports a range of initiatives from short to long-term, including special projects, integration of new technologies, and transformation activities. They drive continuous process improvements, ensure vendor performance quality, and facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies. By collaborating with multiple teams across the organization, the Supply Chain Operations Manager develops and monitors programs that optimize operations and align with T-Mobile's strategic goals. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
