Full Job Description
About this role

Revenue Operations sits at the center of how our Sales and Success teams operate. We build the systems, processes, insights, and tooling that help hundreds of customer-facing teammates spend more time selling, coaching, and helping independent businesses grow.

We're looking for a highly analytical, AI-forward operator to join our Revenue Operations team to help shape how our go-to-market organization makes decisions.

You'll partner closely with Sales leaders to improve forecasting, pipeline diagnostics, sales performance, compensation operations, and operational infrastructure while building scalable analytical frameworks that make our business smarter over time. You'll also play an important role in helping our Revenue organization adopt AI and automation to eliminate manual work and improve decision making.

If you love solving ambiguous business problems, building scalable systems, and turning data into action, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
  • Partner on core Revenue Operations foundations including quota setting, book builds, compensation administration, and monthly business reporting
  • Build scalable reporting and analytical frameworks that improve visibility into funnel health, pipeline quality, and sales performance
  • Develop diagnostics that help Sales leaders identify opportunities, understand performance drivers, and make better decisions
  • Improve forecasting infrastructure and manager tooling to increase confidence in revenue projections
  • Perform ad hoc analytical deep dives that uncover actionable insights and influence go-to-market strategy
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows using AI and modern tooling, improving team productivity and reducing manual work
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Finance, Data, and cross-functional partners to continuously improve how our revenue organization operates
We are looking for someone

Is exceptionally analytical

You enjoy breaking down complex business problems into structured analyses. You don't stop at identifying what happened-you figure out why it happened and what should happen next.

Is AI-forward

You naturally incorporate AI into your daily work. You're excited by new tools, constantly looking for ways to automate repetitive work, improve workflows, and increase the quality and speed of decision making.

Takes ownership

You don't wait to be told what to do. You proactively identify opportunities, build plans, and drive projects from idea through execution.
Executes with urgency

You move quickly, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work. You enjoy building scalable processes that make teams more effective.
Builds strong partnerships

You empathize with customer-facing teams and know how to influence through data, communication, and collaboration. You're just as comfortable working with Sales leaders as you are digging into a spreadsheet.
Loves learning

You're curious by nature. You enjoy tackling new problems, seek feedback, and continuously improve your craft.
Qualifications
