Inside the Role
The Revenue Operations Process & Reporting Manager supports the operationalization of the North America Commercial Steering Framework by translating defined steering logic, segmentation, KPI standards, and forecasting methodology into scalable operating routines, SOPs, dashboards/scorecards, and reporting structures used across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
The role builds and deploys North America-level reporting outputs (steering dashboards, TCP views,
dealer/program scorecards, and executive summaries), maintains reporting templates and intake
standards, and ensures a consistent and timely reporting cadence across all markets. It works closely with analytics functions responsible for metric governance, data integrity, and consolidated forecasting inputs, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, aligned to steering rules, and analytics ready. This is a North America-wide enablement and reporting role responsible for connecting commercial frameworks to the operational and analytical outputs needed for daily management, transparency, and decision support.

What You Drive at DTFS

NA Dashboard/Scorecard Build & Deployment (35%)

o Build, release, and maintain North America dashboards/scorecards for steering (TCP, dealer, program, executive views).

o Translate steering logic, KPI standards, and segmentation rules into visual BI components (filters, measures, hierarchies, dimension structures).

o Maintain release documentation (change logs, update notes, version control).

o Conduct validation on accuracy, logic application, and visual consistency before deployment.

o Enable and influence dashboard adoption through enablement sessions, reference guides, and usage insights.

NA Reporting Cadence, Templates & Intake Management (30%)

o Lead the design and execution of the North America reporting operating rhythm (deadlines, standards, submission formats).

o Maintain reporting templates for TCP, dealer steering, programs, and executive performance summaries.

o Run structured intake and quality-gate processes across U.S., Canada, Mexico, and segment contributors.

o Establish standards and quality controls to support timely, complete, and consistent submissions that reflect approved KPI definitions.

o Maintain a central repository for reporting templates and intake tools.

Framework Operationalization (25%)

o Translate the NA Commercial Steering Framework into SOPs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating playbooks.

o Define standardized execution steps, hand-offs, timing requirements, and review protocols for TCP, dealer steering, and KPI-led processes.

o Maintain version history, documentation standards, and guidance materials.

o Integrate AI-enabled components into SOPs, including prompts, validation steps, and expected outputs.

Cross-Market Governance & Enablement (10%)

o Facilitate regular North America alignment routines to ensure consistent application of processes and reporting standards.

o Conduct enablement and training sessions for all markets on dashboards, reporting templates, and process changes.

o Maintain decision logs, process repositories, and communication material for cross-functional stakeholders.

o Monitor adherence to the North America steering processes and escalate risks or misalignments.

Knowledge You Should Bring
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or financial product management.
• Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau or similar), including experience building dashboards and translating business rules into visual designs.
• Strong capability in process design, documentation, and operational standardization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, SQL or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and enable stakeholders across functions and countries.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
• Master's Degree
• AI-aware reporting skills, including ability to define AI-supported reporting use case

Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
