Job Description

The Revenue Operations Lead will serve as a strategic partner to Growth Leadership and the Head of Revenue Operations, helping drive operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM transformation, reporting, and cross-functional execution. This role will play a key part in modernizing how the business operates by improving process consistency, enabling data driven decision making, and helping scale a predictable revenue engine.

This individual will act as the operational "right hand" to Head of Revenue Operations translating strategy into execution and driving alignment across Sales, Client Partner, Finance, and Delivery teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of strategic Sales Operations and Revenue Operations initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving CRM, reporting, forecasting, commissions, and sales process improvements
