Full Job Description
Your Role

We're hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to align with our Youth, Club & High School Sales teams, focused on driving operational efficiency, supporting deals and optimizing our go-to-market strategy.

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll:

Guide. Run day-to-day sales operational activities and respond promptly to questions and concerns from front-line sales and customer success teams.

Be consultative. Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on how to best execute and improve our go-to-market strategy.

Drive impact. Take ownership of change management projects and yearly planning activities, ensuring high-quality, measurable outcomes.

Collaborate. Partner with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes, remove friction and help our teams hit ambitious growth goals.
Location:

Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We're currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.
Must-Haves
  • Proactive. You take initiative on projects, spot opportunities to improve the status quo and propose actionable solutions.
  • Analytical. You can interpret data and insights to guide decision-making and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • A strong communicator. You bring confidence and clarity when working with sales reps, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic. You can step back, see the big picture and align daily tasks with the broader goals of the organization.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Sales operations experience. Previous experience supporting go-to-market teams or working within sales technology systems.
Our Role
  • Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you're at the office or working remotely, we'll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees' wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medicalinsurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you'll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that's free money. We'll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
