As a Revenue Growth & Operations Supervisor at RSM, you will serve as a Life Sciences Chargebacks & Membership Management Supervisor within our Revenue Contract Management (RCM) Managed Services practice. You will combine deep industry knowledge with client service excellence and the development and management of high-performing teams to deliver Chargebacks & Membership Management services to our clients.
RSM's RCM group helps Life Sciences manufacturers commercialize products, optimize Gross-to-Net, and reach target patient populations. This role leads the Chargebacks & Membership Management sub-service line within the greater Revenue Contract Management portfolio; an integral component of ensuring Life Sciences manufacturers' products reach the right patients at the correct price.
Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day delivery of chargeback processing and membership management operations for multiple Life Sciences manufacturer clients, ensuring SLAs, quality standards, and month-end close deadlines are met.
- Oversee the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle: claim intake and validation, contract and price eligibility verification, adjudication, dispute and rebill resolution, and reconciliation to sales and accrual data.
- Manage membership and roster operations, including GPO, IDN, 340B, and federal customer eligibility, class of trade assignment, member add / change / termination processing, and indirect customer master data integrity.
- Review and approve high-dollar, aged, and exception-based chargeback claims and disputes, and lead root cause analysis to reduce recurring errors and revenue leakage.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for the sub-service line, leading status meetings, reporting on KPIs and service metrics, managing escalations, and identifying opportunities to expand service.
- Partner with Gross-to-Net, Government Pricing, Medicaid, and Managed Care teams so that chargeback and membership data supports accurate accruals, restatements, and government price reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of chargeback and membership workflows, working with technology teams to implement system enhancements, exception reporting, and analytics.
- Support solutioning, scoping, and proposal development for new Chargebacks & Membership Management pursuits, and lead onboarding and transition for new clients.
Basic Qualifications:- 10+ years' experience in Life Sciences chargebacks, membership and roster management, contract administration, or a related Gross-to-Net revenue management function
- Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, or leading a team and managing delivery against defined SLAs and quality metrics
- Working knowledge of the chargeback lifecycle, including claim validation, dispute and rebill processing, and reconciliation
- Working knowledge of membership eligibility and class of trade concepts across GPO, IDN, 340B, and federal customer channels
- Hands-on experience with a revenue management or contract management platform (Model N, Revitas/Flex, SAP Vistex, Oracle, or comparable)
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to research pricing and eligibility discrepancies and clearly explain findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to and advising client stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience delivering chargebacks or membership management within a Managed Services, BPO, or outsourced operations model
- Familiarity with the EDI transaction sets used in chargeback and membership processing (844, 845, 849, 867)
- Experience with 340B duplicate discount prevention and HRSA OPAIS roster validation

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
