About this role

At Diageo, Revenue Growth Management is at the center of how we deliver sustainable, profitable growth. The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager for the Northeast Beer business will serve as a strategic partner to Commercial Sales, Distributor Management, Marketing, and Finance teams, leveraging data, insights, and marketplace expertise to identify opportunities and shape commercial decision-making.

This role is responsible for driving growth through pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization, assortment strategy, and channel insights. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong partnership across functions and regular engagement with both field teams and distributor partners. In addition to leading strategic analyses and business planning efforts, the RGM Manager will spend some time in-market alongside Commercial Sales teams to understand local dynamics, assess execution, engage key distributors, and identify growth opportunities firsthand.

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive leader with a proven track record of influencing business outcomes through teamwork, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy
  • Develop and complete revenue growth strategies that drive profitable growth across pricing, assortment, promotions, and channel performance.
  • Translate data, market trends, and business insights into actionable recommendations that influence commercial decisions and support annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Find opportunities to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and strengthen competitive positioning.

Pricing, Promotion & Investment Optimization
  • Lead pricing and promotional analyses to optimize revenue, margin, and trade investment effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program performance and recommend strategies that improve return on investment, resource allocation, and overall business results.
  • Supervise market dynamics and competitive activity to support sustainable growth initiatives.

Insights & Analytics
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to identify growth opportunities, market trends, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Deliver actionable reporting, analytics, and arguments that support informed decision-making and accountability.
  • Connect marketplace insights with strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.

Commercial Partnership & Field Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Commercial Sales leaders, Market Directors, Finance partners, and distributor stakeholders.
  • Participate in distributor business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and market visits to see opportunities and assess execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure recommendations are practical, actionable, and aligned with market realities.

Portfolio & Assortment Management
  • Support portfolio, assortment, and distribution strategies through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Find opportunities to improve assortment productivity, premiumization, and value creation across customers and channels.
