The Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the success of our sales organization through the administration of revenue technology platforms, development of training programs, and delivery of ongoing sales enablement initiatives. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams by ensuring sellers have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to maximize performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, training and communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to drive user adoption, seller productivity, and business growth.

Main Tasks

Own and Optimize Revenue Technology Platforms
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Partner Portal, Sales Excellence System, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Configure and optimize systems to improve usability and align with sales workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to end users.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Manage product and feature updates within the Partner Portal.

Design and Deliver Sales Enablement Programs
  • Create onboarding programs that accelerate new hire ramp-up and productivity.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including videos, guides, playbooks, and quick-reference resources.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and office hours for sales teams.
  • Build and maintain training modules within the Sales Excellence System.
  • Continuously improve training content based on feedback, adoption metrics, and business needs.

Drive User Adoption and Seller Success
  • Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address areas of low engagement.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Champion best practices and encourage consistent utilization of enablement tools.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to assess training and support needs.
  • Develop communication campaigns to promote new tools, features, and initiatives.
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on results.

Partner on Strategic Initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the enablement function.
  • Provide targeted training and resources to support key business priorities.


Experience

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, training, marketing, customer success, or a related field.

Required Skills
  • Salesforce CRM advanced user experience.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs for business or sales teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and support new systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and execution.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience creating video-based training or e-learning content.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, customer portals, or sales enablement tools.
  • Prior sales, customer-facing, or customer success experience.
  • HVAC industry experience is a plus.
