Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of dental revenue cycle management experience in a multi-location setting, including 2+ years of people management experience.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Denticon and other practice management software, as well as Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition to Denticon PMS systems, ensuring effective implementation across all offices.
• Conduct pre-conversion training and provide post-conversion support to staff.
• Help develop advanced revenue cycle management solutions using new platform tools.
• Assist in vendor selection and integration for improved operational efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance RCM KPIs for converted sites and provide necessary training for compliance.
• Collaborate with executive and operational leaders to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Oversee vendor relationships and handle additional projects as necessary.
