  • Oversee year-end audits and manage relationships with third-party auditors
  • Reconcile revenue cycle activity with financial systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Revenue Management on long-range planning and strategy

Revenue Cycle Director (SNF)
On-Site | Montebello, CA
$160,000 - $180,000 per year

What you'll do:

  • Lead and develop the full AR function: billing, collections, cash management, denial management, and financial reporting across all facilities
  • Create and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards that drive clean billing, fast reimbursement, and compliance
  • Partner with facility and executive leadership to identify denial trends, improve processes, and align revenue cycle goals with organizational strategy
  • Oversee year-end audits and third-party auditor relationships; resolve conflicts with precision and professionalism
  • Reconcile revenue cycle activity with financial systems-cash, contractual adjustments, bad debt, write-offs, and more
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Revenue Management on long-range planning, enterprise-wide standardization, and future-state strategy
