Revenue Cycle Director (SNF) On-Site | Montebello, CA $160,000 - $180,000 per year
What you'll do:
Lead and develop the full AR function: billing, collections, cash management, denial management, and financial reporting across all facilities
Create and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards that drive clean billing, fast reimbursement, and compliance
Partner with facility and executive leadership to identify denial trends, improve processes, and align revenue cycle goals with organizational strategy
Oversee year-end audits and third-party auditor relationships; resolve conflicts with precision and professionalism
Reconcile revenue cycle activity with financial systems-cash, contractual adjustments, bad debt, write-offs, and more
Collaborate with the SVP of Revenue Management on long-range planning, enterprise-wide standardization, and future-state strategy
