Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who is passionate about client service, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of our clients' retirement plans and the participants they serve. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced team dedicated to excellence.

What you need to have:
  • At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience within a TPA
  • Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration experience not required but is a plus.
  • Review and perform compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans
  • Calculation of profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.


What you will do:
  • Maintain responsibility of client caseload management. Primary contact for assigned caseload.
  • Deliver testing results and year end packages to clients. Make sure any compliance corrections are completed timely and 5500s are signed and filed timely.
  • Track data received/not received from clients and follow up accordingly
  • Consult with clients, advisors and other parties on plan related issues to develop long-term relationships.
  • Work with clients, advisors and other internal teams to resolve compliance issues and answer questions as they come up.


Compensation:

The base salary range for this role in Dallas, TX is $83,000-$110,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Salary range may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
