Work you'll do

As a Retirement and Wealth Provider Solutions Analyst on the Insights, Innovation & Operate team, you will be responsible for:

• Support broader client project teams with analysis, project management, deliverable creation and meeting facilitation in various areas such as operations, distribution, product, and technology
• Support broader practice with internal business development through conducting market research, preparing initial content for white papers, and developing presentation material
• Create client deliverables that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to be reviewed and iterated on with practice and project leaders

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.

Preferred:

• External strategy and management consulting experience
• Completion of coursework, certifications, professional organization participation, or conference attendance in benefits administration or outsourcing

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,700 to $127,600.
