Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience or similar customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
• Bilingual abilities preferred in certain locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the retail store, including staffing, service levels, and cash management.
• Adjust staffing levels to align with business demands.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
• Achieve both organization-wide and personal performance goals.
• Lead efforts to deliver exceptional customer service while following company policies.
• Recruit and hire high-caliber talent for the sales team.
• Manage aspects of retail including training, marketing, loss prevention, and P&L responsibilities.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with T-Mobile standards and appeals to consumers.
• Stay current on product training to inform and enhance customer interactions.
• Engage in community and local marketing events to foster a positive company image.
