Role Overview:

This role is for a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in the Retail Pharmacy domain. The individual will be responsible for hands-on user story and feature grooming, acting as a functional Subject Matter Expert, and driving product enhancements within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on user story and feature grooming.
  • Support business stakeholders with strong business process acumen.
  • Facilitate dialogues to generate new perspectives and recommend innovative enhancements.
  • Analyze consequences of proposed changes and align stakeholders through negotiation.
  • Communicate a single, synthesized product perspective to the scrum team.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
