Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across, Tennessee and Georgia. This isn9t a behind-the-scenes role-you9ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores.

Location: Tennessee & Georgia, must reside within region
Regional Travel RequiredCompensation Range: $80,000-$125,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You9ll Do- Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
- Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
- Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
- Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
- Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
- Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
- Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
What You9ll Bring- Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
- Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
- Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
