This role serves as the primary bridge between enterprise strategy and in-store execution, ensuring initiatives are operationally viable, scalable, and successfully adopted in a high-volume, complex environment.

This role is accountable for translating business objectives into clear operational standards, influencing cross-functional partners, and driving measurable improvements in retail performance. The Manager partners across Retail Operations, Merchandise Strategy & Planning, Supply Chain, Technology, Safety, Sustainability, Food & Beverage, and external vendors to align priorities and deliver integrated solutions.

• Evaluate new strategies and programs for operational feasibility, risk, and impact; provide clear recommendations and influence decision-making.
• Translate business strategies into standardized, store-ready processes, tools, and guidelines that support consistent execution across locations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce operational friction, and improve in-store execution.
• Incorporate integrated business planning principles by aligning operational strategies with broader growth objectives to support sustainable performance across key business areas, i.e. Pin Trading.
• Apply foundational knowledge of profit and loss drivers to inform project prioritization, assess initiative impact, and support data-driven recommendations across key business areas, i.e. Candy Production.

Program & Project Leadership
• Own and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives across retail operations, including experiential retail, merchandise services, and category-specific programs.
• Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and implementation plans; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and achieve intended outcomes.
• Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to implement tools, reporting, and insights that support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Monitor adoption and sustainment of initiatives, adjusting approach as needed to ensure long-term success.

Operational Leadership & Influence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail operations on assigned initiatives, providing guidance, resolving escalations, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Influence without direct authority, building strong partnerships across functions and levels to drive alignment and results.
• Maintain a regular operational presence to validate execution, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Establish clear accountability frameworks to track performance, measure impact, and report results to leadership.
• Lead and develop an hourly union team of Cast Members supporting tactical components of project execution, ensuring clear direction, effective prioritization, and alignment with operational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Understanding of key business drivers including labor, sales, and inventory.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualification:
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in theme park, hospitality, or multi-unit retail operations.
• Bilingual.
