Pay Range: $83,964.00 - $111,959.00
Responsible for the effective leadership, management, and implementation of key strategic Retail Banking related projects. Plans, coordinates, and effectively executes in a timely and collaborative manner. Has the ability to recruit highly capable project teams and deliver optimal results within budgetary considerations. Responsible to maintain broad institutional and industry knowledge and have the ability to lead multiple project simultaneously. Collaborates closely with all members of the Retail Banking team.
Education and Experience:- 4 year college degree
- 5 years retail banking experience
- Project management experience

Tasks Performed:- 60% Leads, manages, and influences projects within Retail Banking. Acts as a primary contact for key projects that include but are not limited to systems, training, products, and process enhancements. Maintains responsibility for project oversight, deadlines, and effective implementation. Is involved and works with confidential & sensitive information.
- 15% Collaborates and coordinates activities with other internal lines of business. Leads, coordinates, and periodically manages multi-departmental initiatives/projects.
- 15% Supports, influences, and is a key contributor toward general Retail Banking initiatives. Works with the senior Retail team and business partners on these strategic initiatives.
- 10% Other duties as assigned.
