Full Job Description
About The Role
The Area Visual Manager is a strategic and hands-on field leadership role responsible for driving visual merchandising excellence across a regional fleet of stores. This leader serves as both a visual authority and people developer, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards while actively coaching, mentoring, and developing visual talent across markets.
This role requires a leader who thrives in the day-to-day retail environment-someone who is equally comfortable setting long-term visual strategy and rolling up their sleeves on the sales floor to execute changeovers, style displays, troubleshoot business needs, and support store teams in real time.

  • Partner directly with store teams on the sales floor to identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive immediate executional excellence
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Visual Merchandisers through consistent feedback, training, and in-store partnership to strengthen visual capability across the region
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Store Managers, Merchandising, Allocation, and Operations to align visual strategy with business needs
  • Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer behavior to make strategic visual recommendations that drive business results
  • Lead regular touch bases with Visual Merchandisers to review execution standards, business performance, upcoming initiatives, and development priorities
  • Adapt visual presentation to reflect product flow, assortment shifts, and business opportunities while maintaining brand consistency
  • Identify and cultivate talent, fostering accountability and supporting succession planning within the visual organization
