Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales rep preferably in the Restoration Industry with a book of business. This job involves building relationships with Plumbers, Insurance Agents, Roofers and other referral partners by setting up a display at plumbing supply stores, cold calling and attending networking events and groups. The goal is to generate water, fire and mold restoration jobs through referrals. We pay our referral partners well compensate you for business generated.

Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities
  • Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
  • Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of

  • Education and Experience: No minimum Education experience. Prefer someone with a book of business with existing relationships of plumbers, roofers, HVAC and insurance agents who can send business.
  • Selling Skills: We want someone with a proven sales track record preferably in this industry and in the DFW metroplex. We do not micromanage. We hire professionals and manage by the numbers. If you are bringing in consistent business, we do not care what you do!
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including MS Office, Word, and Excel.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
