Job Description:The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative, operational, and organizational aspects of the restaurant. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline processes, and support both FOH and BOH teams to deliver flawless service.
Key responsibilities include:- Manage daily operations of the restaurant's front and back of house to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all areas, including reservations, guest service, kitchen workflows, and inventory management.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor operational systems and tools, including Toast, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Resy, and other restaurant technology.
- Collaborate with management, chefs, and service leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and service excellence.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Minimum 2years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to implement and enforce SOPs and operational workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to anticipate challenges, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Experience with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Professional demeanor, ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for high-end hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
