Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Pay 12Reports To:Salary: $80,000 to $90,000Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for 15% Bonus
Job SummaryWorking as the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day restaurant operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. We are currently seeking a person that is passionate about hospitality and able to provide luxury elevated service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedules
- Oversee POS Systems
- Manage hourly team
- Maintains excellent relationships with the client and guests
- Promote top guest service
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top-quality food
- Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
- Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
Preferred Qualifications:- BS Hospitality degree preferred
- Min of five years of foodservice management experience required
- Fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred in upscale enviornment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
