Position - Restaurant General ManagerThe General Manager position is responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations, which includes, but is not limited to, hiring & firing, managing Team Members, planning, purchasing food, supplies & equipment, and interacting with suppliers and vendors. The General Manager must use excellent professional judgment in carrying out duties and be adept at delivering high level hospitality and culinary practices.
Skills and Qualifications -
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager in a high-volume ($3.5M + in sales), structured restaurant company.
- Experience and responsibility for the P&L, budget, and COGs.
- Experience leading and developing a team of Managers (Chef and Sous Chef) plus BOH Team Members and FOH team members.
- High accountability and results driven.
- Experienced with restaurants serving fresh, quality ingredients from scratch and responsibility for kitchen management.
- Experience with state-of-the-art kitchens, with top-of-the-line equipment (Rational Ovens, blast chillers, Kitchen Display System, Date Code Genie, and systems/ processes and technology platforms (CTuit, Learning Management System, HRIS (Dayforce), and POS system (Brink)).
