About the RoleAs our
Restaurant General Manager, you will lead the daily operations of
Beast & Butterflies, creating an energetic, guest-focused dining experience that reflects the M Social lifestyle brand. You will oversee restaurant, bar, lounge, and outlet operations while driving financial performance, developing exceptional teams, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for people, food, beverage, and creating social experiences.

What You'll Be DoingLeadership & Ownership- Lead all front-of-house restaurant and bar operations
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire supervisors and hourly team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional hospitality
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and operational briefings
- Build a highly engaged team focused on service excellence
Restaurant Operations- Oversee all daily restaurant, bar, lounge, and outlet operations
- Maintain exceptional food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, and service execution
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and guest experiences
- Monitor reservations, seating, guest flow, and service recovery
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to deliver seamless operations
Guest Experience- Create memorable guest experiences rooted in genuine hospitality
- Build relationships with regular guests and local clientele
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Lead by example with a visible presence on the restaurant floor
- Drive guest satisfaction and online reputation scores
Team Collaboration- Partner closely with Culinary, Banquets, Catering & Conference Services, Front Office, Marketing, and hotel leadership
- Support hotel activations, special events, and community programming
- Foster open communication and teamwork across departments
People Leadership- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop restaurant leaders and team members
- Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
- Build succession plans and promote internal talent development
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
Financial & Business Performance- Manage restaurant budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and operating expenses
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
- Drive revenue growth through exceptional guest experiences, promotions, and upselling
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to improve profitability
- Support inventory management and cost control initiatives
Compliance & Standards- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain food safety and responsible beverage service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Uphold operational excellence and accountability throughout the restaurant

- Experience managing labor productivity, scheduling, and financial performance
- Ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
Technical / Role-Specific Requirements- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Experience managing food and beverage costs, labor, inventory, and profitability
- Strong understanding of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service standards
- Experience with restaurant POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of health department regulations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
- Experience leading high-volume restaurant operations within a hotel environment preferred
Education- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
