As a Restaurant General Manager at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $120,000 - $130,000 annual salary range.

• The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant experience, including guest service, team leadership, financial performance, operational excellence, and brand standards.
• Cultivate and maintain the desired guest atmosphere by attracting and engaging the right clientele, fostering relationships, within the local community, and serving as a visible ambassador for both the restaurant and the Hotel.
• Drive networking initiatives, guest engagement, and partnerships that enhance the venue's reputation and social experience.
• Lead, inspire, and develop front-of-house leadership and service teams.
• Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, warmth, and accountability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain exceptional hospitality talent.
• Oversee all live music and entertainment programming to ensure performances align with the brand identity, guest expectations, and overall venue ambiance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
