DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de communication et de marketingadaptées aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Concevoir, coordonner et déployer des campagnes publicitaires et promotionnelles surdifférents canaux, notamment numériques et traditionnels.
- Participer à l'animation, à la mise à jour et à l'optimisation des sites web de l'entreprise.
- Créer et gérer des campagnes de marketing numérique, incluant les courriels,l'automatisation marketing et les pages d'atterrissage.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance des campagnes marketing et publicitaires(trafic, conversions, engagement, acquisition, fidélisation) et produire des rapports.
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de génération de leads et des programmesde fidélisation de la clientèle.
- Administrer et tenir à jour les bases de données clients et prospects dans le CRM.
- Former et accompagner les équipes commerciales dans l'utilisation des outils CRM etdes outils marketing.
- Élaborer, appliquer et évaluer des stratégies de communication externe et interne.
- Veiller à la cohérence de l'image de marque et au respect de la charte graphique surl'ensemble des supports de communication.
- Créer, planifier et gérer le contenu des réseaux sociaux, animer les communautés etanalyser les performances des actions menées.
- Préparer, rédiger et diffuser divers outils de communication tels que brochures,bulletins d'information, présentations et contenus promotionnels.
- Organiser et coordonner des événements commerciaux, promotionnels et des salonsprofessionnels.
- Coordonner les prestataires externes tels que graphistes, imprimeurs, agences et autresfournisseurs.
- Assurer le suivi des budgets marketing et communication et produire des rapports deperformance réguliers.

Exigences :
