Titre du poste : Responsable de la demande après-marche

À titre de gestionnaire de la demande après-marché, vous serez responsable de structurer, d'animer et d'améliorer en continu le processus de revue mensuelle de la demande, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de pièces de rechange, d'après-vente SIOP et des Opérations. Vous consoliderez les différentes sources de demande, challengerez les hypothèses et assurerez l'existence d'un signal de demande aligné entre toutes les parties prenantes.

Vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l'équilibre entre les besoins clients, les priorités d'affaires et les capacités opérationnelles, en traduisant la demande du marché en plans exécutables. Grâce à une communication claire et un leadership transversal fort, vous contribuerez à ce que les engagements clients soient réalistes, alignés avec le plan de production et soutiennent les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Vous assurerez la gouvernance et la cohérence des informations liées à la demande de pièces de rechange, en veillant à l'intégrité des données, à la gestion proactive des changements et à une communication efficace auprès des parties prenantes.


  • Vous préparerez et présenterez des analyses stratégiques à la direction et aux instances exécutives, en mettant en lumière les impacts des variations de la demande sur la performance financière, les niveaux d'inventaire, la capacité industrielle et les engagements clients.


  • Vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique auprès des différentes organisations afin de concevoir et faire évoluer des outils analytiques et des méthodes avancées de prévision de la demande, soutenant la prise de décision et l'optimisation de la performance globale.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Baccalauréat avec 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, ou Maîtrise en génie avec 7 ans d'expérience pertinente;


  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais, parlé et écrit);


  • Excellente maîtrise des outils analytiques et de présentation (Excel avancé, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI);


  • Leadership mobilisateur et capacité à influencer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation;


  • Solides compétences en communication stratégique et en présentation exécutive;


  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et esprit de partenariat;


  • Forte orientation résultats, collaboration et travail d'équipe.

What will your day-to-day look like?
