As a Respiratory Care Practitioner you will:
  • Perform therapeutic and technical procedures that require independent judgment and knowledge of the theory and practice of Respiratory Care.

  • Successfully passed the Registry Board examination of the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Maryland.
  • The candidate must successfully complete hospital orientation and departmental based orientation programs and possess and maintain a current BCLS certification.
  • ACLS and PALS certification is also required and must be completed within the first year of employment and maintained thereafter
