The OpportunityAs a key member of the Staffing team, the Resource Management Coordinator and their peer will collaborate closely with the US Research Leadership Team to deliver exceptional research services to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes. This person will play a central role in processing staffing needs, and engage with Consultants, Researchers, and Executive Assistants to facilitate optimal Researcher-Consultant-Client match-ups. Through creative thinking, process orientation, and team collaboration, this role will allow you to balance the demands of our business across the expertise, capacities, and development trajectories of a growing Research Team.
ResponsibilitiesStaffing inbox/database/tools:
- Maintain an organized and busy staffing inbox, automated database, and various staffing tools.
- Ensure a response/resolution rate within 24 hours by tracking, managing, and resolving incoming requests and outgoing responses efficiently based on priority and status.
- Communicate delays and provide continuous status updates in real time.
- Manage and keep the staffing database up to date with all incoming requests and communications, adhering to the above priorities.
Project staffing:
- Communicate with Research Leaders to assign Researchers to projects that align with client and business needs, Researchers' majors/minors, their development, capacities, and availability.
- Coordinate with the Research Team and Consultant Team to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of requests in real time.
- Resolve and/or escalate ad hoc requests, queries, and other daily tasks as they arise.
- Assist with other staffing-related projects and needs as they arise.
RequirementsRequirements- Exceptional process and detail orientation; results-driven creative thinker.
- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (especially Excel, Lists, Teams).
- Openness and flexibility to work with all types of personalities in a constantly moving and often changing environment.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high volume, high touch, high impact situations.
- Flexibility and ability to respond to and address ad hoc requests that don't necessarily follow structure.
- Prior experience in staffing is nice to have but not necessary.
