Overview of Role

TheStaffingResourceAllocationManager will play a critical role on our staffing team to ensure teamutilizationis being managed effectively in a high-paced,ever-changingenvironment. This position willbe responsible forworking across our six U.S. offices to define and implement creative solutions to staffing needs whileensuring thatboth business and talent development needs are met.This role intersects People and Operations, sittingwithin the HRdepartmentwhilereportinginto the COO's office.

This role will require a strong operational and/or project management background as well as the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all levels of the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Manage work assignments of consulting staff to match the needs of our clients, thefirm,and professional/developmentgoalsof consultingstaff
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior leadership to successfully address all components related to staffing clientengagements
  • Proactivelyidentifyand solve staffing and employe issues as theyarise
  • Proactivelyidentifyand address resource scheduling issues,employees'hours,caseand staff performance issues
  • Align to project budgetsand ensure thatproper resource levels andtimelinesare adheredto
  • Proactively work with senior leadership to develop andmaintainsector talent initiatives andgoals
  • Establishstrong working relationships with consultingstaff and serve as a point of contactregarding employee issues and concerns;
  • Collaborate with the Career Development team to ensure staff allocations align with their development needs andgoals

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of Management, Operations, Talent Management or similar experience
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experienced and understanding of business financials
  • Experience in professional services firm preferred
  • Candidate should possess the ability to analyze complex situations, have proven negotiation abilities, and strong decision-making skills
  • Candidate must be comfortable dealing with highly confidential information and situations
  • Individual should have experience working closely with senior management and supporting multiple internal clients
  • Ideal candidate will have superior written and verbal skills
  • Candidate will possess superior organizational skills, creative problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Technology savvy with ability and desire to learn
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience in PowerPoint


Additional Information:
  • The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • This role is based in our Boston office and follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices. We require employees to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
