Full Job Description
The position will intiate/perform and characterize resin/raw material for raw material equivalency, in support of final product requalification.
Support qualifications of emerging and/or existing products for raw material changes/reformulations in support of new business oppurtunities

You will bring:
Must have a bachelors or masters degree in chemistry with relevant experience in resin formulations is a plus.
Foster relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure clear communications to facilitate effective and efficient execution of requalification/resite projects
Follow management of change procedures in close coordination with site and global quality organizations
Manage and support the lab technician for resin mixing to characterize raw material alternatives, 2nd sourcing or substitutions.

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $88,840-$140,000per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
