Here is what you can expect to do:- Support the Healthy Homes and Power of Home grant programs by conducting outreach, assisting applicants and participants, tracking program metrics, and monitoring program budgets.
- Coordinate program operations by preparing agendas, facilitating biweekly internal meetings, and maintaining consistent communication across departments and partners.
- Serve as a primary liaison to partner organizations, supporting program development and implementation through regular communication, meetings, and collaboration.
- Conduct research and policy analysis, document policy alternatives, and prepare reports and other materials.
- Support implementation of the Sustainable Building Ordinance by attending kickoff meetings with developers, tracking project compliance, and communicating with developers.
- Build community partnerships and coordinate engagement events and activities designed to reach diverse audiences.

Position Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Energy and Sustainability Policy, Sustainable Management, and Environmental Science, Public Administration, Education, Urban Planning, Information Systems, Management, Business Management, or a closely related field and two years of related project and management support including; conducting research, collecting, compiling, and assessing data or equivalent experience.
