The position provides technical assistance, training, consultation, and written guidance to support standardized scheduling practices that account for staffing needs, active treatment, engagement, resident needs, overtime, vacancies, and operational demands. The analyst participates in reviews, corrective action, quality improvement, and process improvement activities to identify problems and recommend procedural or system changes.
