Job Summary:

The Residential Sales Manager (Partner Channel) is responsible for managing the performance, operations, and strategic alignment of Omni Fiber's external door-to-door sales partners. This role ensures that third-party vendors execute at a high level, adhere to company standards, and deliver consistent, scalable results.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner Performance Management

o Own performance outcomes across all contracted D2D sales vendors

o Track and report on KPIs including gross adds, attach rates, close rates, and rep productivity

o Conduct regular business reviews (weekly/monthly) with vendor leadership

o Hold partners accountable to contractual targets, SLAs, and quality standards

o Identify underperformance and drive corrective action plans
• Vendor Operations & Oversight

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all external D2D sales partners

o Support onboarding and ramp of new vendor partners and markets

o Ensure partners are aligned with Omni Fiber's sales processes, systems, and expectations

o Monitor territory deployment, coverage, and efficiency across vendors

o Audit field activity and sales practices to ensure compliance and brand integrity
• • Sales Process & Enablement

o Standardize tools, scripts, and best practices across all partner teams

o Partner with vendors to improve training, coaching, and in-field execution

o Support rollout of new products, pricing, and promotional offers

o Ensure consistent customer experience across all outsourced sales channels
• Compensation & Contract Alignment

o Partner with internal teams to manage commission structures and vendor payout models

o Validate performance data used for vendor compensation and invoicing

o Evaluate effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend optimizations

o Support contract negotiations with data-driven insights on performance and ROI
• Data, Reporting & Insights

o Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into partner performance

o Analyze trends across vendors, markets, and teams to identify best practices

o Provide actionable insights to leadership on scaling, optimization, and vendor mix

o Forecast performance and support market expansion planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to align initiatives

o Ensure smooth handoff between sales, install, and customer onboarding processes

o Support go-to-market execution for new territories and expansion efforts

Education & Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
• 4-6+ years of experience in sales operations, management, or channel management
• Experience working with third-party or outsourced sales teams (D2D strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM systems, dashboards)
• Proven ability to manage external partners and drive accountability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in telecommunications, fiber internet, or subscription-based sales
• Familiarity with Canvass or similar CRM platforms
• Experience managing multi-market or regional vendor programs
