We are looking for an Experienced Residential Property Manager for our new luxury apartment community in Southern New Hampshire.
The successful candidate must have 5 Years prior market rate Property Management experience, polished communications skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Execution of sales, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and customer retention goals.
- Managing the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
- Supervision of Leasing and Maintenance personell
- Resident Relations.
- Provide Safe, Secure and Clean Environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency using Yardi Voyager
- College Degree required
- 5+ Years' Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
Salary: 75,000-95,000
