Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Director, RE Delivery - Americas; this Hybrid position will be in New Brunswick, NJ (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations may be considered at Raynham, MA, (USA), Raritan, NJ (USA), or West Chester, PA (USA).
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. The Director, Real Estate Delivery – Americas is accountable for theend‑to‑endexecution of real estate transactions, projects, and portfolio initiativesacross the Americas region. This role leads regional delivery teams and partners to execute DPS’s global real estate strategy with speed, discipline, and financial rigor, while ensuring compliance with governance, standards, and approval frameworks.
Operating as theprimary execution owner for the Americas, this role translates global strategy and standards intoon‑the‑grounddelivery, balancing business urgency, cost discipline, and risk management across a diverse portfolio of office, R&D, manufacturing, and residential assets.The role partners closely with business, operations, finance, and EHSS leaders to support business continuity,workplace effectiveness, andlong‑terminfrastructure strategy, including growth, transformation, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

Regional Real Estate Delivery Leadership:
Own and lead real estate delivery across the Americas, ensuring transactions and projects are executed on time, on budget, and to standard.
Drive standardization, governance, and best‑practice sharing across RE delivery teams to improve speed, quality, and controls.
Transaction & Portfolio Execution:
Execute real estate transactions includingleases, renewals, expansions, exits, dispositions, and residential housing arrangements.
Partner with Governance & Strategy onbusiness cases, approvals, and prioritization, ensuring alignment to global strategy.
Project Execution & Performance Management:
Overseeproject executionacross the region, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
Strategic Space & Site Delivery:
Compliance & Governance Adherence:
Deliver projects and services in compliance with applicablesafety, quality, regulatory, and company standards; partner with EHSS to embed safe execution.
