Responsibilities- Direct the overall operations of the facility to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Lead and support department managers while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
- Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage operational and financial performance, including budget oversight
- Promote resident-centered care and advocate for the needs of residents and families
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Participate in committees and lead special projects as assigned
- Support employee engagement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications- Current New York State Nursing Home Administrator License (or eligibility, if applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator, or
- At least 4 years of progressive supervisory and administrative experience in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations, federal regulations, and long-term care operations
- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data management
