About the Role:EnTech is looking for a Full-Time "Resident Engineer" for a NYCDPR project in Staten Island.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Daily site inspection and supervision
- Review, record, and track all submittals
- Monitoring Contract Cost and Schedule
- Prepare all necessary reports, including daily, weekly, and project progress reports
- Manage and document all meetings on site, including site meetings and coordination meetings
Required Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Experience working on NYCPDPR and NYCDEC, preferably in landscaping projects.
- A positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
Estimated Annual Compensation:$110,000-$140,000
