OverviewResident Engineers to work on NYCDDC, NYCDEP and NYCDPR projects. P.E. preferred. Five years experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with City specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications
- Oversee inspection personnel
- Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and/or NYS Professional Engineer License
- Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience
- 3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer

The pay range for this position in New York City is $145,600.00 - $187,200.00 per year.
Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered.
