Description

Looking for a meaningful nursing leadership role with flexibility and work-life balance?

Longview is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and leadership for our Assisted Living and Enhanced Assisted Living communities. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with residents and families, and using their clinical expertise in a supportive, relationship-centered environment.

Whether you are an experienced assisted living nurse, transitioning from a hospital or skilled nursing setting, or seeking a rewarding opportunity later in your nursing career, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact without the pace and physical demands often associated with higher-acuity care settings.

  • Limited after-hours on-call responsibilities
  • Minimal direct hands-on care responsibilities
  • Full-time equivalent salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually ($40.87-$43.27 per hour), commensurate with experience
