Schedule & Compensation - Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Minimum commitment of three days per week
- Primarily weekday schedule
- Limited after-hours on-call responsibilities
- Minimal direct hands-on care responsibilities
- Full-time equivalent salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually ($40.87-$43.27 per hour), commensurate with experience
What You'll Do - Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Assisted Living and Enhanced Assisted Living services serving approximately 196 residents.
- Serve as a resource for residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct resident assessments, admission screenings, and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Participate in care conferences and family meetings.
- Mentor and support LPNs, Medication Technicians, and Resident Aides.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Monitor resident wellness and ensure timely follow-up on changes in condition.
- Support medication management, pharmacy coordination, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, regulatory surveys, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care.
Requirements
Required - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State, in good standing
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum two years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred - Assisted living, senior living, long-term care, hospital, or skilled nursing experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience working with older adults
Salary Description
$85,000-$90,000 annually ($40.87-$43.27 per hour)
