Research Scientist - RS1847

Key Responsibilities:

1- Design, execute, and analyze research studies that address industry-specific challenges in health care, facility operations, and related fields

2- Develop experimental protocols, statistical models, and data collection strategies

3- Synthesize and communicate results through clear reports, presentations, and publications

4- Collaborate on cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable solutions

5- Stay current with industry trends, scientific advancements, and emerging technologies

6- Contribute to grant writing, project proposals, and business development as needed

Who You'll Work With:

1- A multidisciplinary team of research scientists, medical advisors, and product development.

2- Interdisciplinary project teams, including engineers, clinicians, data scientists, and operations experts

3- External collaborators such as academic partners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies

Reporting Structure:

1- Directly report to the Director of Research and Innovation

2- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

1- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's with equivalent experience) in a relevant scientific discipline

2- Proven track record of independent and team-based research

3- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

4- Experience in either health care, facility management, or a related sector is a plus
