Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Research Data Engineer Support Services professional in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, remote position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You'll Do:- Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data.
- Support database optimization.
- Support secure data storage and data governance.
- Support data interoperability.
- Support analytics and AI/ML environments.
What You Bring:Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, software engineering, data science, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of data engineering, database, or cloud data infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing ETL/data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data, database optimization, secure data storage, data governance, interoperability, and supporting analytics or AI/ML environments.
- CAC eligibility.
- Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.
