What You Will Do:- Leads data strategy, analytics, and AI/ML efforts, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with research and operational goals.
- Defines data architecture and pipeline strategy, integrating diverse datasets and supporting high-throughput data processing.
- Oversees development of AI/ML models and analytics tools, including rapid prototyping and implementation of responsible AI practices.
- Transitions prototypes into production-ready solutions, coordinating with platform, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Establishes data governance, quality assurance, and reproducibility standards, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Advises stakeholders on data and AI opportunities and mentors technical teams to build capability and innovation.
What You Will Need:- Master's degree in data science, bioinformatics, computer science, or related field
- 8 years delivering data or AI solutions.
- Experience with large-scale data systems, cloud-based analytics, and biomedical or scientific datasets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and implement enterprise data architectures and ML operations.
- Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of data security and privacy frameworks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
