  • Analyze impurities, mass balance, and reaction kinetics to guide process decisions
  • Operate and maintain analytical tools such as HPLC/UPLC, NMR, and GC-MS
  • Document experimental methods, results, and process updates
  • Collaborate with analytical, QA, and LCMS teams to support project goals
  • Communicate findings through reports and technical presentations
  • Follow all safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture

Full Job Description

Join our OLED Process Development team to design, optimize, and scale chemical processes used in next‑generation OLED materials. As a Research Chemist, you will focus on hands‑on laboratory work, data‑driven process improvement, and cross‑team collaboration to deliver high‑quality specialty chemical products.

Key Responsibilities
