140,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Remote (Virtual California)

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Exempt)

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education

  • Master’s degree in behavioral science, Ph.D. preferred.

Experience

  • 3 years plus experience as a health care researcher.
  • Prior experience in any direct care mental health position preferred.

License or Certification

  • RN, MFT, LCSW or Ph.D. preferred.

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

This leadership role oversees the lifecycle of research, reporting, and program performance. Key responsibilities include managing annual reports and executive summaries, developing outcomes models, and analyzing clinical data to drive program effectiveness. You will also lead the development of RFP responses for new services and collaborate closely with the Director of Business Analytics to define KPIs and automate data reporting, ensuring all program metrics are accurately captured and documented

Division/Program Overview:
Beyond data management, this position serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on cultural competency and evidence-based practices. You will supervise clinical protocols, publish essential programs and training guides, and provide direct onsite coaching at various locations, including residential and inpatient sites. By staying ahead of legal requirements and industry trends, you will ensure our services remain both compliant and culturally informed.
