The Opportunity
As a Research and Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Manager, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector, providing strategic guidance and operational insights within our Management Consulting network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to drive impactful solutions in operations consulting, focusing on the health industries. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will apply your professional knowledge to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives in operations consulting for health services clients
- Driving business transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to inform decision-making
- Developing and implementing process improvement strategies to optimize operations
- Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering collaborative relationships
- Overseeing project resource management to align with client objectives
- Conducting market research to support strategic planning and execution
- Applying change management techniques to facilitate successful transitions
- Coaching and providing feedback to teams to promote professional growth
- Crafting and conveying impactful messages through storytelling and strategic questioning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
